2ETC is privetly owned company which was founded in 2004 in Belgrade, Serbia with main goal to offer SME (Subject Matter Experts) outsourcing services to companies out of Serbia. Due to highly skilled and educated human resource base in Serbia we were able to deliver various high complex projects and to be extremely competitive on the global market. HP Certified Professional (USA) is our key customer for Certification training development, high stake and low stake Exam development & Training delivery. In last four years we have successfully delivered more than 25 development projects using Virtual teams (Subject Matter Experts) from Serbia, Europe and USA. We were delivering trainings in EMEA and USA (Houston) by using Serbian SMEs. Integration of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), IP Call Centers and Help Desk (Service Desk) products and mixed integrated solutions based on FrontRange Solutions (www.FrontRange.com) product portfolio.
